Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. Provide analytical support for all assigned projects. Create and execute project activities (deliverables) according to milestones, quality standards, and financial commitments, while mitigating risks. Manage project priorities and dependencies across projects. Track project activities to ensure timely delivery of security deliverables. Collate issues and escalate them for timely resolution and guidance. Communicate project impacts to the organization. Develop plans, goals, budgets, and identify necessary resources. Organize and manage all project phases to ensure on-time completion. Attend departmental meetings and training sessions as required. Ensure projects adhere to the Project Framework and all required documents are complete. Perform all assigned duties efficiently, with technical correctness, and in accordance with the Bank’s policies, rules, and regulations.
