Oversee Age Group Program and Teams for 10U + 12U + 14U Boys in the Stanford Water Polo Club Help manage practice and competition schedule for age group teams per session
• Helped teach, coach, develop water polo fundamentals and skills of athletes aged 8-18 • Planned, wrote, executed, and facilitated practice plans • Taught young athletes valuable interpersonal, communication, & time management skills • Communicated with parents
