About

I am a Global Benefits and HR Infrastructure leader with 10+ years of experience designing, scaling, and optimizing benefits, total rewards, and people operations programs across startups, high-growth companies, and global organizations. Throughout my career I have partnered with executive leaders to build strategic, compliant, and scalable programs that support business growth while enhancing the employee experience. My expertise spans global benefits strategy, vendor management, compliance, total rewards, employee wellbeing, HR technology, workforce operations, and organizational scaling. At Rippling, I support the Employer of Record (EOR) business as a Global Benefits Manager, partnering cross-functionally across Benefits, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Legal to design, launch, and scale benefits programs across international markets. My focus is on building globally consistent, locally compliant solutions that support employees and customers around the world. Previously, I led Benefits and Employee Engagement at Liquid Death, overseeing benefits strategy, broker and carrier relations, vendor negotiations, compliance, budgeting, employee wellbeing, and engagement initiatives for a rapidly growing global workforce. Prior to Liquid Death, I led Studio Experience and Global Wellbeing programs at Cloud Imperium Games, supporting employees across the United States, United Kingdom, and Germany. Earlier in my career, I helped scale HR and operational infrastructure for multiple high-growth startups through Science Inc., supporting organizations from early-stage growth through enterprise scale. What drives me is solving complex people challenges through thoughtful strategy, strong operational execution, and scalable systems. I am passionate about building benefits and people programs that create meaningful employee experiences while supporting long-term business success.
