Manages and coordinates the planning, preparation, and execution of electrical and instrument maintenance during a plant turnaround or shutdown. Their responsibilities include creating detailed job plans, coordinating technicians and contractors, managing work packages, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards for E&I work during these critical periods.
Work as E&I discipline lead for project Commissioning and start up planning and execution. Ensure all aspects of Safety, Environmental, Quality and Cost are being met Responsible to deliver E&I commissioning work in accordance with the local Authorities requirement, Industry rules and regulations Coordinate and execute E&I green/brown field preparation activities Ensures E&I commissioning work is done according to schedule and specified commissioning instructions and quality control tool (EasyPlant). Typical E&I commissioning work includes calibrations, valve repair/overhaul, stuffing box repack, electrical LOTO, supporting automation functional test, transmitter manifold valve leak test, wiring and cabling modifications, zero verifications and troubleshooting in E&I Responsible for performing frontline troubleshooting of E&I Equipment Shall attend the operational and co-ordination meetings as per need Enabling for crossed discipline coordination to complete the multi discipline commissioning tasks Participate actively in HSSEQ programs to achieve own, contractors, and commissioning HSSEQ targets. Understanding, supporting and applying commissioning practices for best in class results Setting a safety culture to ensure a personal and continuous care around the safety of anyone at site. Responsible for constantly looking for opportunities to improve safety, quality and cost effectiveness. Provides feedback from execution work to the Mechanical Lead to improve effectiveness of commissioning work Ensure all documentation is maintained, history is being captured, and any feedback is effectively being utilized. Contribute to the development of work procedures. Cause analysis, whether it be for everyday troubleshooting or as feedback to Maintenance Area Lead or Discipline Lead.
Your Role And Responsibilities Review the technical specifications, related risks and opportunities in the contract, manage the construction teams on site as well as the subcontractors construction works are executed by national and international subcontractors. Stakeholder in the procurement and subcontracting process accurately plan, organize and control the execution of the works avoiding scope creep and registering extra works with supportive documentation. Work in close collaboration with the client and the Project Manager as well as with the Construction team, propose adequate actions to recover any delay. Responsibility on monitoring extra works and impact on planning and cost.
