I work where AI transformation, leadership, and organisational learning velocity converge to create commercial value. I span the value chain from diagnosing where capability gaps across people, process, and technology constrain strategic execution, to designing learning loops that build the right skills and systems, to ensuring value is not just created, but delivered and captured. As Director of Industry Projects at AGSM@UNSW, Australia's top business school, I develop and grow commercially disciplined partnerships with organisations and leaders navigating AI Strategy, AI adoption, digital transformation, GTM, and workforce capability uplift. Engagements span corporate, government, non-profits, and scale-up contexts (e.g. Google, Amazon, Woolworths, QBE, Samsung, LG, the Australian Tax Office, Harrison.AI, Immutable, and Main Sequence Ventures), ranging from strategic consulting to enterprise learning and executive education. One current focus is on feedback loops and the leverage ratio between inputs and outputs. Organisations measure inputs such as training delivered. Few measure the output with equal rigour: behaviour changed, learning velocity, strategy executed, organisational performance. Closing that loop requires change management, leadership sponsorship, and feedback loops. Not just for algorithms and evals, but for human and organisational performance. That commercial instinct is grounded in founding experience. I founded an AI hardware company backed by SOSV, HAX/Johnson & Johnson, and Stanford University. I built and led a world-class cross-functional team across product, engineering, UI/UX, sales, finance, and fundraising, earning global recognition at CES, SXSW, and TechCrunch in AI, Education, and Social Impact. I both build from zero and operate in large, complex organisations. Pingala creates solar farms by building connections between businesses and the local community. This allows the citizens to support and reward those businesses with strong social responsibility. Solar panels are installed without cost to the host site as Pingala invests in the solar farm. The business host then pays a fair and stable electricity price for the duration of the contract. Once the cost of installation is paid, profit flows to the community.
