As Co-Founder and COO of InPower, I l co-led our startup from a visionary idea to a full-fledged social impact platform, executing every part of the journey hands-on.. I managed and collaborated with tech teams, balancing everything from app development to feature planning, ensuring alignment with our mission. I coached over 25 universities' worth of student interns and volunteers across multiple disciplines: marketing, HR, psychology, nursing, tech, and content management. I fostered their development while harnessing their potential for InPower's growth. These students were integral to our mission, and I led them with a clear direction on projects that spanned from social media campaigns to complex tech implementations. I formed alliances with business collaborators, expert-led groups, and resource centers, expanding our reach city by city. I managed charity events, building community and brand recognition, all while simultaneously securing partnerships with aligned organizations. As a COO, I oversaw all operations, including finance, legal, and marketing, keeping our vision at the forefront. Bootstrapping from the ground up meant wearing every hat: from tech lead to team builder, marketer to product manager, and from strategist to community leader. I collaboratively did everything needed to create the movement that InPower represents today—a testament to my dedication, resilience, and multifaceted leadership. My passion and drive brought InPower to life, and it continues to fuel our mission to redefine social media for better mental health and community support.
