About

I am a Management student at Minnesota State University, Mankato with emphases in Human Resources and General Business. My experience spans workforce planning, volunteer leadership, and operational improvement within both retail and nonprofit environments. In my current role, I have redesigned staffing schedules for multi-employee shifts, aligned availability with operational demand, and presented recommendations that were incorporated into departmental practices. I enjoy analyzing systems, identifying inefficiencies, and building structures that support both performance and people. Through my involvement in a student-run nonprofit initiative, I coordinated 18 volunteers across 70+ community partners, maintaining accountability standards while supporting service completion goals. These experiences strengthened my interest in employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational development. I am currently seeking an HR internship where I can contribute immediately and continue developing toward a long-term career in people operations and HR leadership.
