Mergers & Acquisition: Lead the HR integration of the Alstom acquisition in MEA. This included organization design for the newly created business in the region (GE Power & Alstom Power), Pay & Benefit harmonization, culture integration and assimilation. Change Management: Partnered with the business through new cycle of change management, redefining the business offering, venturing into growing markets and supporting the culture to embrace the change while developing the required skill sets.
