⋅ Match and register the PO in the ERP system after analyzing the (MOQ, S&OP and value) ⋅ Communicate with subsidiaries, take agreed corrective action, in case of any discrepancy in quantity, forecast or price, and send the order confirmation. ⋅ Stock management ⋅ Organize and follow-up the transports, taking into account of the INCOTERM. ⋅ Draw up transport documents, (dispatch note, invoice, packing list, certificate of analyze, Customs instruction, certificate of insurance, certificate of origin chamber of commerce) ⋅ Calculate and split the Freight, transportation and other transit costs as per the payment Invoice value. ⋅ Invoicing ⋅ Archive all records
⋅ Manage completely the dispatching process and the organization of our day to day road business ⋅ Communicates with various internal customers and exclusive suppliers ⋅ Selects optimal solution and best possible service for the customers ⋅ Analyze and advise on possible solutions for optimization purpose ⋅ Follows up on current and/or planned transports
