1. Migrated multiple services from internal infrastructure to public AWS with the help of CDK(using code as infrastructure) 2. Successfully scaled multiple tier-1 services for Q4 peak load including one from 700k to 1.5MM TPS(transactions per second) 3. Developed service agnostic proxy system to migrate more than 15 service across teams from proprietary authorisation and authentication mechanism to OAuth 2.0 based one saving more than $10k/month. 4. Increased avg CPU utilization for multiple tier-1 services from 18% to 40%, saving more than $100k/month. 5. Designed forecast management system tool to handle forecast provided by 100’s of client, push back and reduce over-scaling during Q4 peak. 6. Designed solution to support device hardware authorisation for software based virtual device having TEE absent. 7. Designed solution to identify ownership and stale data for tier-1 services storing device type, device and device account(unique identification for a customer and device) level metadata.

Analysed 6 lac+ user profiles & job requirements to introduce broad categories of job roles. Standardised the job titles with 50+ new titles which had an adoption rate of 25% in 8 wks among existing users. Consumed the standardised titles in search & filter module to improve the application rate by 15%.
