I am a Candidate Attorney with an LLB and an LLM in Medical Law, with a Master’s research focus on evaluating AI ethics frameworks in healthcare. My experience spans civil, labour, and family law, estate administration, personal injury claims, and legal compliance. I have worked in diverse legal environments, drafting pleadings, affidavits, wills, and legal opinions, supporting litigation across District, Regional, High, and Labour Courts, and conducting in-depth legal research and regulatory compliance analysis. I am eager to contribute my skills to dynamic legal teams—whether in law firms, corporate legal departments, or compliance-focused roles—and to continue developing expertise throughout my legal career.
Appeared in the District Courts and assisted with hearings taking placing in various Regional Courts, High Courts, and Labour Courts. Conducted legal research, case law analysis, and provided litigation support in civil and criminal matters. Managed client consultations; drafted detailed legal opinions and prepared proforma invoices. Gained experience in CCMA matters, defending organs of state, instituting divorce actions, attending to maintenance applications, administration of deceased estates, drafting wills and codicils, and personal injury matters. I have been commended for professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to navigate complex legal matters.
