With a strong of experience in the semiconductor industry and electronics, I have dedicated my career in handling and resolving customer quality complaints for automotive, industrial and medical customers. Working in the Product Analysis Lab with finished products has given me flexibility and deep knowledge in design, technology, Manufacturing processes, Quality, reliability and packaging of the semiconductor devices. Today, as Product Manager/Program Manager at Onsemi BU Foundry Service, I work with customers to release their designed products from a Concept to Launch production. I also promote our new technologies and platforms in order to grow our foundry business and increase revenues and Gross Margins.

- Leading and coaching a collaborative team of engineers and technicians in conducting failure analysis to determine the root cause of semiconductor devices failure for Automotive, Industrial and Medical customers. -Successfully led the end-to-end release of a Global Labs Training project, starting from the initial concept to final delivery. I planned and defined the project charter, scope, key milestones, and deliverables. I coordinated and managed a team of Subject Matter Experts, guiding them in the development and recording of comprehensive training courses, ensuring the project met its objectives and was delivered on time.
- Conducted Failure analysis on high complex semiconductor devices failing at End Of Line, 0KM and Field for Automotive suppliers such as VALEO, CONTINENTAL, BOSCH, FORVIA, ZF, APTIV... - Supported Automotive suppliers on their critical quality issues within different Task Force teams including customer visits when needed. - Performed Failure analysis on New Product Development devices for internal customers such as Reliability, Design, Manufacturing, Assembly... - Organized and managed the follow up of Lab Audits to meet the IATF16949, VDA6.3 requirements. Yearly DNV certifications obtained with zero non-conformances. - Developed and Impemented the 5S lean management system for the Failure Analysis Lab. - Developed and implemented the Global labs mentorship training program that consists of training new Hires and existing employees on advanced Failure Analysis Techniques. - Released the Lean Six Sigma Project that consists of improving the Low yield of a semiconductor device during the manufacturing.
- Conducted complex failure analysis on failing semiconductor devices for internal and external customers within 10 days lead time. - Documented and Written Failure analysis reports following the 8D analysis methodology including the 5WHY for the root cause analysis. - Co-analysis with several automotive suppliers such as VALEO, BOSCH, CONTINENTAL on critical quality issues impacting the OEM's. Drastically reduced the No Trouble Found cases. - Led the Failure Driven Qualification (FDQ) European Midea+ project for AMI semiconductor. Collaborated with Semiconductor suppliers such as STM, NXP, ATMEL, IMEC, Automotive suppliers such as BOSCH, Siemens VDO and AIRBUS to achieve the project.
- Performed medium complex Failure analysis on semiconductor devices (Integrated Circuits/ASICs) returned by internal and external customers. - Developed and implemented a new failure analysis flow on bare dies together with Siemens VDO.
