Currently Im working as an engineering team leader, I have been working in the lighting industry for nearly 10 years, currently managing the work of three different teams. My focus is on simplifying complex systems and processes while increasing efficiency, and I particularly enjoy working on developing new solutions. One of the greatest achievements of my career was winning the Audience Award at the Signify Excellence Competition World Finals with my team, where we stood out among 610 teams across three rounds. This experience reinforced my belief that problem-solving, teamwork, and strategic thinking are among my greatest strengths. I hold a degree in mechanical engineering and a Green Belt certification, both of which I effectively apply in my daily work. I excel in soft skills, adapt quickly, and am highly reliable, all while striving to maintain a healthy work-life balance. My future goal is to lead an entire department, where I can make an even greater impact on process improvement, as well as team motivation and leadership. In my free time, I enjoy archery and cooking which, much like my professional life, requires discipline, precision, and perseverance.
