Accountable for managing the relationship for a global or super league account or for multiple key (significant market players) accounts by setting the strategy, business and delivery plans. Works closely with the assigned member, regularly liaising with multiple key stakeholders and ensuring an ongoing quality relationship is maintained. Ensures members are provided appropriate support from Visa Europe. Accountable for prioritising conflicting and competing demand across multiple accounts or products to ensure VE resources are deployed to maximum effect Engaged in "management" activities at an industry or VE level and has the ability to influence divisional direction, plans and or priorities Works with members to identify new and ongoing requirements, facilitating VE’s introduction of member to new products and services as appropriate. Demonstrates good knowledge of all Visa Europe products and services, with expert knowledge in certain areas. Expected to understand the impact of their specialty area on assigned member’s business. Engages with colleagues across Visa Europe, ensuring teams such as core/digital products, brand and consulting are appropriately involved and informed about relevant member issues. Engages in internal stakeholder management within Visa Europe, lobbying management to drive change internally and ensuring teams such as the product, brand and consulting teams are appropriately involved and abreast of the issues. Provides guidance and support with major contract negotiations (e.g. Business Partnership Agreements) and is involved in all major structural changes/account restructures. Works closely with own member business, liaising with all key stakeholders on a regular basis and developing a quality “trusted adviser” relationship. Manages the account team across all relevant aspects of member business (e.g. debit, credit), providing direction and guidance to the team. May lead multi-member forums on specialist areas.
Responsible to lead the Relationship Management for the locally managed accounts in Turkey and to develop and execute plans and drive the market agenda to support members to grow our business. This includes to strategically drive all initiatives from planning, strategic development, delivery and achievement of Key Performance Indicators as well as leading and guiding a team of assigned RMs. •Accountable for managing all aspects of accounts and execution of plans through a team of RMs. Responsible for all complexities associated with managing key customers of Visa Europe, and influencing people within Visa Europe to deliver the best service to these customers. •Develop and execute Visa Europe Country plan together with the relevant internal stakeholders •Support the National Governance and make sure that Visa Europe is driving the agenda and engage with stakeholders. •Managing the delivery of credit, debit, commercial, and Visa future Payments portfolio KPIs •Working with senior staff of members’ card business to design, launch and drive strategic initiatives •Promoting the development of the card business propositions for the banks. Actively using innovation techniques to identify and create new segment opportunities. •Ensuring the smooth delivery of day-to-day support by Visa Europe in managing the ongoing success of their members’ cards business
Working with merchants to source offers for VISA cardholders in Turkey while working with internal departments within Visa Europe to execute loyalty campaigns. This includes responsibility for assessment of the loyalty environment, understanding different consumer segments as it relates to loyalty and sourcing merchant funded offers that is exclusive and competitive in the market. Designing campaign strategy, negotiating with merchants, and liaising with internal stakeholders is essential for the success of this position

Currently managing the commercial relationship for key critical banks categorized as 'global account' for Visa Europe Turkey with a consultative sales role, position Visa products and services in line with bank's needs, support product development and implementation and transfer know how for payment system industry trends. Coordinated the customization and implementation of Visa marketing campaigns in Turkey with the head office in U.K. Through effective relationship management and sales activities, significant personal contribution to increase Visa market share. 90% of the cards growth in the market has been with Visa since 2007.
