This position allows mentorship, leadership, and creativity to take form in each individual's way. Resident Assistants are to work number of desk duties, extensive training, rounds to care for the buildings and residents, and to ensure the residents are provided with the correct resources through bulletin boards, door decorations, posters, and meetings.
This role entailed designing infograms for social media posts and emails to attract new crowds, donors, etc. Also, to help the overall marketing of the West Central Nebraska FCA branch.
