I'm Lachlan, a video editor, filmmaker and photographer based in Brisbane. Residing within the realm of filmmaking for 8 years and counting, I've lent my expertise to editing numerous commercial projects and over 250 YouTube videos. I love anything that involves a camera. I’ve often said I see the world through the lens of a camera and that couldn’t be more true today. I’d love to campaign for a clothing brand, direct my own independent film or continue my YouTube journey. But if nothing else, I just want to create.
In this role I was in charge of 'people performance'. This included hiring, promoting crew, training new hires, store promotions and uniform order.
In this role I completed the same tasks as the 'Area Manager' position as well as run shifts as the only qualified manager in store.
In this role I managed the crew training team which was responsible for training new and existing crew. I also had to follow up and ensure they were all completing 'store date checks' and reporting on the success of every shift via Microsoft Teams
In this roll I reported to Matt Want to edit videos for a wide variety of companies. These videos were mostly intended for social media, however some were published as YouTube videos. Some companies I edited videos for include, 'Slate Roofing Australia', 'Classic Wallabies' and 'Neo 2047'.
