Perth, Western Australia, Australia
I love learning and find great joy in sharing that curiosity with every student, colleague, and community I encounter. My professional life is grounded in three enduring passions: teaching, leading, and learning. I have extensive experience teaching across a broad range of student abilities and disciplines, including ATAR Modern History, Business Management and Enterprise, Economics, and Accounting and Finance, alongside specialist expertise in gifted pedagogy and inclusive teaching practices that support diverse learners. My leadership experience spans both academic and pastoral domains, including curriculum and teaching practice, gifted education, student wellbeing, co-curricular programs, strategic planning, and organisational leadership. I have also led and supported programs across Sport, Music, Drama, and Experiential Learning at both middle and executive leadership levels. Alongside professional practice, I remain a committed lifelong learner. I hold a Master of Education (Educational Leadership) from the University of Western Australia and a Master of Education (Gifted Education) from the University of New South Wales, and I am currently undertaking PhD research at Edith Cowan University exploring how leaders of high-performing schools navigate crisis, disruption, and complex change. I am particularly interested in how schools can sustain cultures of curiosity, excellence, and care while navigating the growing complexity of contemporary education.
