Current Role Operations Team leader/ Deputy OIM - Montrose Alpha Oil & Gas production platform • Overseeing all aspects of Production Operations on the Montrose Alpha and BLP Platforms • Carrying out Production reporting to onshore management and liaising with Senior Management and Onshore Support teams to ensure Safety and Production targets are met • Coordinate platform activities, including wells, mods, projects and visitors and vendors in accordance with the Montrose Asset plans • Assisting in the control of risk by ensuring that all relevant operations activities are managed effectively in accordance with Golden Rules, the RSRUK safety management system and relevant procedures • Support the OIM in ensuring that the health, welfare and safety of all personnel on the site is maintained • Perform the role of Deputy OIM in the Incident management team, during Muster Drills and Emergency Situations • Perform Emergency Response duties in accordance with the asset and Repsol Resources UK requirements • Ensuring the Operation and construction work scopes carried out by the Operations Team comply with relevant Health and Safety Standards and Repsol Resources UK Safety Management System • Monitoring daily, weekly and monthly production activities on the platform, ensuring it achieves the required integrity and efficiency standards to reach targeted hydrocarbon production targets Additionally, responsibility for contributing to and delivering production improvements • Managing production targets and dealing with any potential deviations from forecasted production rates • Provide Operations input into shutdown, small shutdown activities and platform modifications • Carry out Competence Assessment and Assurance activities at site as required to meet Asset/Organisational requirements Previous Roles -PTL (Production Team Leader) - Montrose Alpha Oil & Gas production platform -OTL (Operations Team Leader) - Arbroath Oil & Gas production platform -Montrose BLP Operations Supervisor -Montrose Bridge Linked Platform -Production Supervisor - Montrose Alpha Oil & Gas production platform. -Operations Technician -Montrose Alpha Oil & Gas production platform.
