About

I am the Accreditation/Assessment Coordinator for the College of Public Health at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. I represent UNMC on the ASPPH Data Section and served as the 2023-2024 Chair of the Section. I am also a member of the ASPPH Data Advisory Committee and served on the 2024 ASPPH Annual Meeting Planning Committee. I have experience in community outreach and organizing, research, policy, management, strategic planning, public relations, communication, and fundraising through my educational and employment careers. I served on the Omaha Public Schools Board of Education from June 2013 through December 2018. I am currently a Ph.D. Candidate in the MSIA: Health Practice and Medical Education Research program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, passing my comprehensive exam in October 2025. I earned my Master of Science in Political Science at the University of Nebraska-Omaha in 2021, as well as an MBA at UNO in 2011. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with minors in English and Family & Consumer Sciences from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2006.
