▪ Lead strategic business cases for the Intra-EU air network Integration after TNT Express acquisition. ▪ Intra-European and Intercontinental air schedule management including slots management and monthly capacity planning. ▪ Transport economics and network modelling to design and continuously optimize the multimodal transportation network for freight and parcels (hub expansion, opening of new gateways and regional sort centers).
▪ Development of decision models and algorithms in the following fields: operations research, optimization, risk management, transportation, logistics, scheduling, project management, multi-objective optimization and multi-criteria decision making. ▪ Research projects to increase safety and security within several companies in the security and transportation sectors.
▪ Coordination of different projects for processes optimization and cost reduction in several areas such as HR, Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing. ▪ Development of strategic business cases and coordination of the implementation phase for the opening of new warehouses and stores. Planning, Monitoring and Controlling of the main organizational variables.
