Independent consultant specialised in Brand Strategy, Event and Sports Marketing within the outdoor industry. Main mission for New Balance as EMEA Trail Running Marketing, managing marketing strategy, athlete partnerships, event activations and hospitality programs. I collaborate with agencies and internal teams across product, commercial and market functions to deliver strong brand experiences.
Responsible for developing and executing the Running Marketing strategy for the EMEA region, with a strong focus on Trail Running and international event hospitality programs.
- Collaborate with individuals across Product Development, Sports Marketing, Consumer Insights, Commercial, In-Store Retail & Wholesale, Digital & Social Media, International Markets, and Creative and Event Production Agencies in the Brand Marketing Team. - Lead the development and production of Brand and Product campaigns. - Coordinate the execution of all touchpoints (Media, In-Store, E-Tail, CRM, etc.). - Manage the marketing budget and budgets for projects and campaigns. - Manage several interns, developing leadership skills and helping them gain valuable experience. - Manage the creation of Salomon TV episodes
- Assisted 4 Footwear Product Line Managers in organizing focus groups, working with designers and developers on future products, identifying new market trends, collaborating with athletes to define their needs, and meeting customers at different events. - Managed a team of 40 people to organize a company event and served as a photographer for several internal events.
