Key Achievements & Roles: • Lead 8 members of category team with revenue management, margin management, stock management skills to achieve revenues from 10 MTL / 2012, 65 MTL / 2013, 115 MTL / 2014, and 175 MTL / 2015. • Built Tel&IT category team for Kliksa from start up till end of working period. • Built up a supplier base of nearly 50 suppliers with preparation of annual agreements, negotiations, and budget. Find new supplier system to achieve stock turnover goals. • Improve responsible category revenue, stock turnover, and margin more than Kliksa’s average annual growth that means TEL&IT category revenue has grown 50%, stock turnover has improved 32% from 2014 to 2015 • Extend category range of products by adapting alternative purchasing business models. • Participated in launching all premium products. • Turned several problems such as installment limitations on cellphones and currency exchange fluctuations into opportunities. • Create marketing and promotions strategy for seasonal and special days. • Responsible for all Kliksa customer returned products, such as open and defective items.
