I received an undergraduate degree in “Landscape Architecture” from Istanbul University (Turkey) and a postgraduate degree in "Strategic Marketing and Brand Management" from Işık University (Turkey). I started off as “Customer Services Assistant” in Garanti BBVA Call Center in 2009. During my work I successfully received an average of 300 customer calls daily, and then I continued to work as “Training Specialist” by maintaining operational and on-the-job training within the scope of orientation program for new employees, between 2012-2013. ✔️ I have been promoted to “Personal Sales Representative” by taking third place in the Bank and the first place in Call Center among 1100 participants in the “Branch Authoritativeness Exam” in 2013. I performed successful tasks in the fields of operational procedures, loan usages, sales of banking products and services, gaining new customer and customer relationship management of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMES) and large commercial segmented companies, in different branches of Garanti BBVA Between 2013-2019. I have been awarded various prizes including bronze and gold medals thanks to my performance and fulfilled targets. - Communication with existing dealers / Monthly site visits / New dealership meetings - Follow-up of sales targets and collections - Forwarding the special price requests of the dealers to the relevant department - Receiving complaints and following the resolution processes - New product research in the field, collection of demands, forwarding to the production unit
- Entering orders into the LOGO program / Shipment tracking - Pricing of tender, direct procurement or special project processes and forwarding of offers - Providing support to dealers in order, shipment and stock issues - Submitting the requested reports to the sales specialists / Reporting to the sales manager
- Carrying out operational transactions (cheque, bond, payments, transfers, loan usage etc. ) of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises and / or large commercial segmented companies, by taking the branch and portfolio goals into consideration/ Selling most appropriate commercial product to the client/ Providing funds to the branch (deposit or checking) - Weekly customer visits / New customer acquisitions
- Carrying out all operational transactions (SMES, commercial and individual) of the branch - Supporting the SMES’s sales targets and transactions - Receiving the demands for product and service coming from SMES segmented clients and concluding the procedures (installment commercial loans, Bitcoin Cash Credits/Spot credits, checks triages, cheque-book demands, transfers, payments, etc.)

- Answering calls coming to inbound sale team (target of average 300 calls/daily) - Responding to questions and requests from customers / Selling credit cards and insurance to the customers in line with targets
