One of my main responsibilities is to establish a culture of continuous learning within our organisation. My other responsibilities include: - planning training programmes, - developing training content, - delivering training as an internal trainer, - conducting in-house coaching activities, - supporting our employees through mentoring programmes. As Head of the Training and Development Department, I am responsible for implementing the appropriate tools to support our digitalisation objectives.
