RESPONSIBILITIES: *As I assumed the role of the first Talent Acquisition Specialist in Turkey, I took an active role in Recruitment Reloaded Project which was conducted globally and aimed to localize recruitment process in all Henkel headquarters. Below were the responsibilities I assumed in the project: - Joined global recruitment reloaded calls, and gave feedback regarding the process in Turkey - Determined development points of the process and took actions to ensure that recruitment process was optimized - Updated Henkel Turkey Human Resources Team on the developments in the project and ensured that all steps were carried out in accordance with the procedures *Was responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for 4 business units at Henkel; - Selected the right profiles on LinkedIn, Henkel website and Kariyer.net - Organized briefing meetings with Hiring Managers - Conducted face-to-face interviews with candidates - Provided regular feedback to candidates over the whole recruitment process *Took an active part in employer branding process; - Created strong partnership with universities - Created engaging presentations and case studies to attract, maintain and develop attraction to enhance the employer brand - Designed content and communication strategy for employer branding to manage internship projects and procedures on Henkel website and social media channels
