I started as the receptionist and did that for 4 years. I moved up into the CRM Manager position and am in charge of many different areas. I maintain our website, google page & social media (Instagram & Facebook). I am continually finding ways for our company to be involved with the community and give back. I photograph all the vehicles in our inventory for our website. I maintain our CRM system, make sure it's running properly, the sales staff are using it correctly and in a way to help them and for us to collect data as to what is working for our dealership. I recently joined the sales team and have been selling used vehicles. I also work alongside our service department by getting our customers to book their appointments online.
