I currently lead a team of 24 Wildlife Care Specialists in San Diego Zoo's Wildlife Connections department focused on conservation education, wildlife training, and Neonatal care. I work each day to improve my leadership abilities, support the team, ensure excellent animal welfare, and to foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and drive.
