I turn complex infrastructure operations into secure, observable, and AI-assisted platforms. Over 10+ years across healthcare AI, financial services, system integration, and enterprise IT, I learned that reliable AI does not start with the model. It starts with standardized assets, governed access, measurable operations, and automation that people can trust. Today I operate approximately 15 hypervisors, 140+ Linux nodes, and GPU/ML infrastructure while bridging infrastructure, cybersecurity, platform engineering, and IT governance. Selected impact: • Built GitLab CI/CD + Terraform workflows with MR, Plan, human approval, and isolated state, supporting 10–15 changes per month with no accidental-deletion or change incidents. • Built Wazuh SIEM visibility across approximately 130 agents, processing approximately 44M raw events and 1.1M indexed alerts per day. • Established a vulnerability-management program with P1/P2/P3 remediation SLAs after identifying 6,778 Critical/High CVEs in the initial baseline. • Reduced VM provisioning from 30–60 minutes to approximately 3 minutes through a Slack-driven, approval-gated, script-first workflow. • Reduced cross-system root-cause analysis from approximately 3 hours to 3–10 minutes using scenario-based diagnostics, blast-radius analysis, and audited action gates. • Led ISO 27001:2022 transition and ISO 27701 implementation; closed 6 internal-audit findings and supported a successful external audit. • Built active-standby observability and led a BCP exercise that achieved a 4-hour RTO. My focus is practical AI implementation: AI interprets intent, verified scripts and APIs control production actions, and people retain approval and accountability. Client Infrastructure Delivery • Served as the primary technical contact for infrastructure projects, translating requirements into migration, deployment, and operational plans across Azure, AWS, GCP, VMware, Windows, and Linux. • Delivered migration projects for McDonald’s Taiwan and Art & Multimedia, moving approximately 15 virtual machines within an approximately 3-hour change window. • Operated FortiGate, Ruckus networking, WAF/load balancers, Graylog, Greenbone, Docker, and database workloads. • Improved service reliability through environment build-out, performance tuning, vulnerability remediation, incident troubleshooting, and clear technical documentation.
Regulated Infrastructure & Security Operations • Administered Active Directory, WSUS, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Linux, and VMware under financial-sector change and access controls. • Operated CyberArk PAM for 30+ privileged accounts and supported governance across 5 vCenters and approximately 400–600 virtual machines. • Performed vulnerability scanning, remediation tracking, configuration hardening, and audit-evidence preparation for internal and external reviews. • Supported application and R&D teams with system deployment, environment troubleshooting, and controlled release coordination.
Enterprise System Integration • Built and maintained VMware ESXi and application infrastructure for enterprise contact-center projects. • Deployed NICE Engage, Avaya Workforce Optimization, and JBoss EAP 7.4, including integration testing, troubleshooting, and operational handover. • Performed vulnerability remediation, system health checks, incident analysis, and standardized operating procedures. • Coordinated customer and vendor interfaces, produced project documentation, and delivered user and administrator training.
Enterprise Communications & Infrastructure • Deployed, maintained, and remotely supported OpenScape 4000 and Alcatel-Lucent IP-PBX platforms with third-party integrations. • Planned and delivered a major PBX migration covering approximately 1,500 extensions, coordinating cutover activities across customers, vendors, and on-site teams. • Produced training guides, as-built drawings, test records, and acceptance documentation to support operational continuity. • Assisted with VMware ESXi deployment, virtual-machine migration, and troubleshooting for communications workloads.
