I am a mission driven leader with a proven track record of success in corporate, EdTech, education, athletics/sports, and humanitarian sectors. I am passionate about organizational leadership, mission alignment, building relationships, developing high performance cultures, and building teams where every person flourishes and collaborates to achieve outstanding organizational results. As Chief of Staff at TutorMe (acquired by GoGuardian in 2022) I helped lead the way to doubling annual recurring revenue, tripling the customer base, and quadrupling product usage. I led cross-functional teams, built departments from the ground up, and fostered a high-performance culture that contributed to award-winning product innovations. Prior to this, I provided strategic leadership to various international and domestic organizations within the global Jesuit community, including the Jesuit Refugee Service, several universities, and the Jesuit Restorative Justice Initiative. I previously served as Chief of Staff to the President at Carroll College, leading strategic initiatives, operations, and internal/external relations for the college. During this time I additionally assumed the position of Interim Director of Athletics, leading all department operations and spearheading strategic planning, budgeting, facility improvements, branding, corporate partnerships, fundraising, and more. This multifaceted experience enabled me to develop a strong foundation of versatile executive leadership. I spent the early years of my career as a classroom teacher, educational non-profit leader, and founder of a consulting practice. As a collegiate student-athlete (football) I was a 4x National Champion, team captain, All-American, and Academic All-American, honing my skills in leadership, team development, and culture. With a Master's in Philosophical Resources from Fordham University, a Master's in Education from the University of Notre Dame, and a Bachelor's in Sport Management from Carroll College, I bring a unique background of education, experience, and expertise to the work of driving innovation and sustainable growth in diverse settings.
