• Managing a team of 100+ associates to achieve operational goals while assisting in operational planning, deep diving Delivery Estimate Accuracy (DEA) metrics to improve site quality, and developing associates with 3 promotions in the past year. • Addressing associate barriers while maintaining a Safety Leadership Index (SLI) score of under 5%, leading the FC region as top SLI performer since October 2022 • Developing performance plans for all Ship Dock shifts based on Late to Containerize, Late to Load, and Late to Depart metrics helping site to jump 15 spots in terms of DEA performance in the region • Flexing to cover 4 departments (Ship Dock, Pack, Vendor Returns, and Transfer Out) while balancing labor share out to help increase productivity for each department by an average of 14% • Lead the Vendor Returns (VRETs) Layout Change project to create an efficient flow throughout the department, improving the VRETs pick productive time by 2.5% and unknown idle time by 1.7% month-over-month
