I am accountable for leading the operations of the Point of Care Consulting Team within Cerner, while also managing a team of Consultants. I worked closely with our Practice Manager and Sales to help poise our solution for success. I became a team lead during the rolling out of the CareAware Connect Nursing Mobility application. I played a major role in developing the quoting and staffing while aiding to roll out the application to its first clients. This was a joint effort with our Intellectual Property and Engineering teams for consulting around the application; as well as the Sales team to begin the process of standardizing contracts.

To inform customers on all aspects of Kitchen design and appliances, in order to make their decision to buy as easy as possible at the point of sale and beyond. Duties also included: display setup, appliance cleaning, product transportation and delivery, and basic skills in lumber and paint.
