Responsible for Programme Management of a complex cultural and Business Change Programme, delivering benefits of £300m+ over three years across 6 business units, with an ongoing, sustainable reduction in operating cost of circa £160m per annum. Designed and implemented the Programme from initial concept to delivery of quick wins, prior to integrating with a larger Corporate Change Programme to ensure maximum benefits realisation.
Accountable for delivery of 30+ projects within a UK wide, IT enabled change programme and responsible for a team of 3 project managers, fourteen suppliers and a budget of £22m+. Developed and implemented innovative and pragmatic processes to deliver meaningful Management Information (MI), improve failing supply chain relationships and effectively manage dependencies with other projects.
