Develop and maintain a security architecture process that enables the enterprise to develop and implement security solutions and capabilities that are clearly aligned with business, technology and threat drivers. Monitor output of data protection technology to ensure effective operation and respond to events following standard operating procedure. Support the operations and inquiries of data protection technologies. Vet and fulfill requests for exceptions to security policies/standards. Review all security reports and logs for unusual or anomalous activities. Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to help detect new, interesting or unique threats and mitigations based on hunting observations Works with security monitoring tools such as firewalls, data loss prevention, network intrusion detection and antivirus software.
