Risk management for cross-cutting national security risks to Singapore
Manpower planning and strategy for the aged care sector (nursing homes, community hospitals, hospices, elder care facilities) Work involved: -Policy formulation to prevent abuse and harassment within healthcare institutions -Policy reviews of salary benchmarks, scholarships, grants, skills training and job redesign to attract and retain staff for the sector; -Collection and analysis of stock and flow manpower data, including attrition rates, local-foreign mix and annual total compensation; and -Resource management through budgeting and disbursements
Part of MOF's Strategic Planning Unit Key responsibilities included: -Contributing to whole-of-government and intra-ministry planning guidance and workplan -Organising and executing interministry bilaterals with MOF, as well as MOF senior management retreat -Policy development under Forward Singapore -Coordinating parliamentary matters as part of the Leader of the House team
