First started as a Barista at Starbucks, then worked in various restaurant jobs as a server, bartender, and shift supervisor, before working as a sales clerk and general manager for Max Cellular. While working for Max Cellular, I worked closely with Boost Mobile selling phones and monthly rate plans to customers. As the general manager for the Max Cellular franchise, I trained employees and handled guest complaints for up to 7 stores at the business' peak. At one time was handling the inventory, sales reports, marketing outreach, and financial reports for all of the business' locations. Quick learner, coachable, and good at instructing others. Also trilingual in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
