In Service Department for Mercedes-Benz, I scheduled [what was scheduled?], wrote work orders, dispatched work, acted as liaison between technicians and customers, advised customers of scheduled work and preventative maintenance/repairs. I also coordinated pickup and delivery of customer vehicles and secured payment from customers for services performed.
In Parts Department, I received parts for all car makes at the dealership then documented the parts and organized into inventory based on catalogue. Coordinate delivery methods with customers over the phone. Shipping out orders for customers. Maintaining proper paperwork for all transactions.
Dispatched to 50+ media classrooms to resolve equipment problems/difficulties and installed new equipment and software in classrooms. Aided students in Media Center editing video/audio.
