Assisted in the detection, management, and resolution of non-conformities in the production of the H125 and H145 helicopter lines. Utilized CAD, PDM, and PLM systems such as CATIA, ARAS, BFLOW, and AUTOCAD to support completions, repairs and maintenance for core aeromedical, private, and military customers on the H125, H130, H135, H145, and H160 line of products. Supported compliance with FAA and EASA requirements, including Part 145 and Part 21, by preparing 10+ airworthiness and design documents and reviewing 100+ international drawings and technical records. Designed and modeled 2+ aluminum repair doublers in CATIA and assisted in consolidating 3+ vendor-specific electrical wiring diagrams to improve technical usability for engineering analysis and production use. Prepared substantiation reports supporting aircraft airworthiness design approvals under Part 21 and Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) revision efforts. Developed and maintained system models supporting baseline configurations for 20+ aircraft across 2+ fleets, improving configuration consistency and engineering coordination on commercial completion projects valued at $10M+ Coordinated with production and flight line teams to verify part assembly, installation, and hardware integration aligned with engineering documentation and system intent.

Led the mechatronics team for the Aranea robotic interceptor project. Led a team in developing a power supply and actuation control mechanism for a high-voltage servo motor to be utilized in a deployable tensegrity robotic arm. Designed and tested deployable tensegrity structures for compact space mission applications, reducing stowed volume and mass while maintaining spacecraft structural integrity. Engineered a mechatronic deployment system integrating servos, sensors, and microcontrollers with custom MATLAB control software for autonomous deployment sequences. Led procurement and testing of precision actuators and electronics, managing $5,000+ equipment budget. Researching Tensegrity structures to develop a compact robotic arm for space debris interception. As a researcher, I coordinated the purchase of research materials such as servo motors. Additionally, I am developing a method to precisely actuate the servo motors to create the robotic arm.
