-Maintain strong relationships with Retail and Restaurant partner -Managing multiple Sales Routes’ ordering, production and shrink percentage goals -Review of sales records to establish each accounts’ optimal merchandising capacity -Oversight of Sales Representatives for each sales route
Oversight and Management of 7 Team Leaders and 70+ Team Members -Achievement of budgeted lines in Food P&Ls, including but not limited to: sales, labor, shrink and margin - Supervising the execution of the merchandising plan to ensure that all products and displays are promoted effectively to maximize sales and productivity - Promoted succession planning by providing career paths and identifying development needs for team members - Developing, planning, and implementing corporate processes to achieve goals including: shrink, margin, profit, sales, and labor - Reviewing sales goals, supply costs, stock loss/shrink, and taking appropriate action
-Oversight and management of 2 Team Leaders and 30+ Team Members - Responsible for supporting achievement of sales, shrink, and margin (P&L) throughout the store through execution of the merchandising plan and controlling labor expense - Reviewed and executed daily and weekly KPI’s according to corporate leadership - Interfaced with Store Leadership regarding inventory discrepancy and product flow issues - Identified and corrected labor and profitability issues within the department leading to improved KPI metrics.
