The US Field Marketing Team is the "front Line" of marketing for the Oakley brand. This position takes an innovative approach to servicing National Account business by creating opportunities for immersive sales training and brand experiences, collecting and presenting market insights, and ensuring the timely execution of all strategic initiatives within Key Accounts. This role supports the activities of Local and Regional Reps by partnering for event activations. The Field Marketing rep also brings their talents to the Oakley Rolling O Lab as product educator and brand ambassador for scheduled O-Lab events.
The Rolling O Lab is a mobile R&D facility uniquely designed to provide deep product knowledge, proof of product performance standards, brand experience, and hospitality to all who enter. The Responsibilities of a Rolling O Lab Factory Pilot include but are not limited to: -Thorough understanding of Oakley product, standards, materials, and manufacturing methods. -Continued research of competing products and industry trends. -Maintain a rigorous schedule of events throughout the year, traveling extensively both nationwide and internationally. -develop and deliver in-depth technical product presentations for athletes, buyers, business leaders, media, and public. -Transportation, setup/ teardown, and maintenance of lab and event equipment. -Assist PR, Merchandising, Sports Marketing, and Global Marketing teams with execution of branded events.
