Hi All, I’m a 3rd-year Bachelor of Project Management student at RMIT University, passionate about driving successful project outcomes and continuously developing my skills in leadership, systems, and workplace safety. Alongside my studies, I work at Bapcor Limited as a Dangerous Goods Administrator, where I support safe operations across the organisation through chemical management, compliance, and DG processes. Before joining Bapcor, I gained foundational customer service, communication, and teamwork skills through my experience at KFC, where I worked in a fast-paced environment and developed strong service, time management, and problem-solving capabilities. Since joining Bapcor, I’ve progressed through several operational roles including Bulk/EMO Picker, Dispatch Team Member, and Dispatch Team Leader, which has given me strong hands-on experience in supply chain operations, team coordination, and process improvement. In 2025, I had the opportunity to extend my capabilities through a Project Shadow experience with the Transition and Systems Teams, allowing me to deepen my understanding of project delivery, system transitions, and cross-functional teamwork. I’m passionate about applying my education and practical experience to support efficient, safe, and well-structured operations while continually building my capabilities in project management, stakeholder engagement, and organisational improvement.
