• Provide a streamlined and member demand driven training course schedule, that supports members and aims to grow business, improves commercial profitability, and maximises attendance. • Manage the progression and workload of the Member Programme Executive, who is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of over 150 training courses, including sending delegate information packs and communicating facilitator requirements. • Responsible for yearly budgetary and quarterly reforecasting team targets for CFO’s approval. • Focus on sales to build a sustainable cadre of return clients and optimise CRM to convert generic enquiries into sales for the Virtual Classrooms and wider Academy team. • Lead collaboration with a variety of teams (Marketing, Communities, Events, International) to ensure we are operating as one and members receive a seamless experience. • Cultivate a commercial mindset across the Academy team and effectively contribute to increasing the profit margin and profile of the Institutes’ offering.
• Supported the Head of Member Engagement to build the annual training schedule to ensure the public course offering met member needs. • Managed the Member Programme Coordinator, ensuring they delivered each training course to the highest standard. • Analysed booking patterns, content relevance and delegate feedback to capitalise on, to ultimately grow the public course business. • Lead collaboration with the Professional Development Programme team to streamline, track and improve the quality of content and materials. • Collaborated with Professional Development teams to ensure processes are aligned, efficient and effective, allowing us to maintain standards and delivery to clients.
• Provided the ICAEW’s 150,000+ members with a comprehensive curriculum of 300+ CPD training dates within the Academy Public Course Team. Ensured courses were scheduled at optimum times of year to maximise delegate attendance and profitability. • Booked trainers and venues for the delivery of all training course dates, managing the finances, ensuring margin and delegate attendee targets were reached. • Managed the cancellation process for courses that weren’t commercially viable by communicating with delegates and maintaining a clear transparent service to members. • Creation and maintenance of training course web pages and responsible for ensuring certifications and online tests were efficient and customer focussed. • Issued trainer contracts, order forms & raised PO’s in accordance with negotiated rates.
