I am a career Logistics and Supply Chain professional that has taken on many roles within the Freight Forwarding industry in order to build my knowledge in all facets of Supply Chain delivery. I have worked and Managed in all major modes of transportation as well as a focus on International Trade compliance as I have obtained my Certified Customs Specialist designation and have worked with several Export and Import control regimes over the years. In developing my career I focused on the creation and use of internal metrics and process flow analysis in order to improve productivity and profitability in all my roles. In each management role I assumed, I was able to reduce overtime and increase profitability for each department through process improvement, strategic sales and vendor contract negotiations.
