I’m an HR professional with over 8 years of experience in people operations, performance management, and organizational development. At Coupang, Korea’s largest e-commerce company, I lead performance evaluation and HR data initiatives for over 16,000 employees — helping the business make smarter, data-driven people decisions. I love solving complex HR problems through collaboration and analytics, whether it’s improving evaluation systems, designing dashboards, or building fair and scalable processes. Before joining Coupang, I worked at GNTEL (a spin-off from LG Electronics), where I managed recruitment, HRIS, and flexible work programs. Earlier, I served as an Army HR Officer, which shaped my leadership and communication skills. I’m passionate about building better workplaces — where data, empathy, and strategy come together to help people and organizations grow.
