On Successful completion of process Bot will share the Confirmation number with patient. • This Bot also helps first time users to register themselves on the website by providing suitable instructions, also asks for feedback from the user with whom the bot just recently interacted. • Used MS Bot Framework for maintaining session and for message exchange between user and bot. • All the incoming messages from user has been processed by, LUIS (Language Understanding Intelligence Service) instance which help the bot to respond users Query and then instruct them. • Typographical error from user was corrected using Bing Spell Checker service.
