I am a Leadership Consultant at OD Alternatives (ODA) and OrgLens, where I work with organizations to build leadership capability, strengthen culture, and enable more effective ways of working. My work spans leadership development, organizational diagnostics, and interventions that help teams and leaders operate with greater clarity, alignment, and impact. Over the past couple of years, I have designed and facilitated workshops and leadership journeys across themes such as executive presence, structured communication, team effectiveness, and organizational development. I have worked closely with leaders across industries, including financial services, manufacturing, and technology—helping them navigate complexity, build influence, and drive outcomes in evolving business contexts. I am also the Co-founder of the Global Citizenship Foundation (GCF), a global nonprofit impacting educators and youth across 65+ countries. At GCF, I have led initiatives in human capital development, program design, and partnerships, building platforms that foster leadership, collaboration, and social-emotional learning. This work has involved collaborations with global institutions such as Brookings Institution, Harvard University, Dublin City University, and UNESCO MGIEP. My journey began in the social sector through the Gandhi Fellowship and the Chief Minister’s Good Governance Associates (CMGGA) program, where I worked on systemic challenges in education and public service delivery, including building capabilities of district-level administrators. I hold a Master’s degree in Leadership Development and Human Resource Management from The University of Law, UK, and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from NMIMS. I am particularly interested in how leadership, culture, and structure intersect to shape organizational effectiveness—and how individuals and teams can shift their ways of thinking and working to create meaningful impact.
Cofounder led operations and spearheaded human capital development, focusing on fostering coaching and leadership skills. Developed and implemented the Mentor-Intern Program and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) initiatives, driving impactful outcomes. Designed initiatives to foster Global Citizenship Education in formal and nonformal education systems in India and worldwide. Recruited and managed a diverse workforce from over 20 countries, impacting over 40,000 individuals since 2019. Member, Chapter Benchmark Part of the Leadership Team for seven months. Was awarded the best Vice President of the region and the best Leadership Team in the area. Our leadership tenure improved the national chapter rank from 879 to under 250.
Set up end-to-end operations of 6 public service delivery centers offering 400+ services of 30+ government departments in coordination with 50+ officials, directly impacting 10K+ citizens per month. Enabled a systemic transformation in primary education by strengthening remedial education, assessment frameworks, and academic monitoring by working with 50+ Govt. officers and 1000+ educators and impacted the grade-level competence of 1.4 lakh students Executed a route optimization exercise of 40 routes and rostering strategy for staff of 200+ at the bus depot level for financial turnaround of Haryana Roadways and co-facilitated gender-sensitive workshops for the bus drivers and conductors. Planned and executed various priority initiatives of Haryana government like Swachh Sarvekshan, modernization of district library and reviews under ‘Beti Bachao and Beti Padhao Abhiyan.
Responsible for implementing the PLDP (Principal Leadership Development Program) to develop leadership qualities in government school principals and teachers in villages around Ratangarh tehsil. Worked as a part of a 15 member team to help improve the Quality of Education, impacting over 48 principals, 190 teachers, and 20,000 children to bring about systematic changes. Provided assistance in implementing Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) and Library Campaign, initiatives of the Government of Rajasthan; and Swachh Bharat, an initiative of the Government of India. Worked extensively towards encouraging and motivating community members, students, parents, and school staff to have a sense of ownership in creating effective school development plans. Carried out various labor-intensive jobs like farming, digging pits to empathize with residents.
