I am an accounting science graduate, an author, a CTA/PGDA 2026 student, and most importantly, a human being. Throughout my academic journey and my journey towards being a professional, I have learnt how to refine my world views and incorporate them into my professional objectives. As a result, I've become a hands-on individual, a versatile student, and a team player. I believe in value creation through collaborative effort more than individual effort. I am very passionate about businesses, their financial performance as well as their strategies. I strive to become a formidable professional in the world of accounting, finance, and consulting through my desire for entrepreneurship through my love for building businesses and companies. I intend on building one of Africa's best finance and business strategy consulting firms through my knowledge, powerful network with brilliant individuals, and my relentless nature. Additionally, I wrote my book, Light in the Abyss, to shed light on the struggles of a person who is a student whilst simultaneously being a young adult with little to no one to guide them on their journey of growing up. I explore the topic of confusion that is brought about by the lack of knowledge of one's purpose. Furthermore, I iterate the importance I learnt from and about asking for help in times of need as well as keeping the main thing as the main thing. McKinsey Immersion Bootcamp I was selected as one of the 60 students nationwide to attend this management strategy bootcamp. We learnt problem-solving methodologies that could be applied in the real world of business consulting. We worked on the following: 1. Problem identification and problem definition. 2. Solutions that were backed by data. 3. Presentation of solutions. 4. Team work. This experience helped me to get a snippet of how a business consultant identifies, defines and solves problems.
