Today, I have the privilege of leading StoreForce and ThinkTime—two mission-driven platforms helping retailers drive performance where it matters most: in the store. By combining cutting edge, AI driven workforce management and task execution we optimize labor, enhance productivity, and streamline retail operations. From Specialty Retail to Big Box Enterprises, we equip frontline teams with the tools and data they need to increase outcomes and elevate the customer experience—every shift, every day. Previously, I served as CEO of FM:Systems, where I was fortunate to build a team that grew the company from its early stages into a global leader in workplace management, culminating in its acquisition by Johnson Controls in 2023. Above all, I believe leadership is about people—building trust, aligning around mutual success, and creating momentum together.

Kurt von Koch is an established leader in the IWMS and CAFM enterprise software markets with more than 20 years of experience in high-tech software solutions. As CEO of FM:Systems, the top-rated facility and real estate software company, Kurt sets the strategic direction of the company and works with each department to ensure a customer-first culture, operational efficiency, and growth of the business. Kurt joined FM:Systems in 2006 and has held many roles since, most recently as President and prior to that as VP of Sales and Marketing. He has a BA in both history and political science from the University of Delaware.
As President, Kurt is responsible for overseeing FM:Systems’ operations and implementing the company’s strategy for continued expansion. His primary role is to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency by providing oversight and direction to all FM:Systems departments. Kurt has more than fifteen years of experience in the CAFM, ERP, CAD and GIS industries. Previously Kurt was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for FM:Systems. Kurt was also the Director of Sales for Business Technology Solutions and held leadership roles at two Autodesk value-added resellers. Kurt has a BA in history and a BA in political science from the University of Delaware.
As VP of Sales and Marketing, Kurt is responsible for the development, implementation and management of FM:Systems' sales and marketing functions. His primary role is to drive revenue growth by providing guidance and support to the FM:Systems marketing, sales force and partner channel. Additionally, Kurt works with other members of the executive team to establish strategic direction and plans for continued growth across domestic and international markets.
Kurt also sits on the board of advisers for Mi-Corporation, an enterprise mobile data capture software company. In this capacity, Kurt provides the executive team with insight, advice and direction on sales, marketing and operations strategy. Mi-Corporation was recently recognized as an Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Private Company and as a Microsoft Partner of the Year for Government, Public Sector.
