Developed and implemented a custom data collection program to automate oven temperature profile monitoring. The system ensures continuous data logging for traceability, analysis, and reporting, enables easy retrieval of historical data, and automatically notifies personnel of process errors significantly improving efficiency, accuracy, and system reliability. Contributed to automation team projects involving troubleshooting and maintenance of key systems such as RH controllers, CGS, oven dumpers, E-Docs Viewer, and Freezer Profile Monitoring (PR20), ensuring operational efficiency and system reliability Weekly meetings with the company president to provide updates and propose projects focused on improving efficiency, including identifying opportunities for automation within the production line to enhance workflow and process performance.
Assisted the Maintenance and Equipment Engineering (MEE) team in conducting preventive and corrective maintenance of manufacturing equipment. Supported troubleshooting activities and performed basic diagnostics on automation and control systems. Documented maintenance schedules, repair logs, and prepared technical reports for equipment status.
