- Overall responsibility Finance and Controling Group shared Services and governance with several entities of more than 300 employees, and over 100 M€ of Cost and over 1.2 B€ BS - Coordination and Steuerung all closing Activision as well as forecasting and Budgetierung - Monitoring all financial KPI, define and execute measures to ensure and improve efficiency in cash, EBIT and performance - Set up new IC charging modell - Implement new Tools and Standards such as CAPEX request and aproval process, internal risk management process and performance reporting - define, reconcile and roll out group wide governance guidlines
- Overall responsibility for 4 entities with more than 600 employees - coordinate all activities in Finance&Controlling for production site in Esslingen - Cover all financial aspects within Project of relocating production and supply chain to new plant in Poland - Sucessfully execute various change Management topics business driven within the organisation - Lead Controling activities in shared Services functions
