Reported to Hub Manager South EU, the role involved establishment of local legal entity for direct sales operation, managing sales, logistics, technical support, marketing, HR, and after sales customer service in Turkish market. Achievements included developing business plans, a market segmentation sales approach and establishing budgeting, forecasting and personnel management systems • Generating new business conducting market analysis and more thasn 20 new product registration & launching in 5 years plan. • Recruiting, training and developing employees new sales/marketing/technical teams. • Developing and maintaining efficient & effective reporting systems for tracking prospects from initial enquiry through to close. • Identifying and developing sustainable relationships with key accounts at both strategic and tactical level. • Driving and managing the entire sales process – targeting to top prospects, identifying client solutions, negotiating and closing. • Ensuring staff complies with all company policies, processes and procedures, and addressing any shortfalls. • Scheduling workload to meet priorities and targets. • Ensuring that best practice is followed in safety, legality and quality of service. • Developing and supporting a cross functional culture of continuous improvement.
